Journal entry:Newspaper Article(opinion)

This newspaper article was from Staits Times,10th January 2009.This was the article about the Seat-belt rule.it said only Singapore had seat-belt rule.My opinion was Ithink the whole world should have this rule so that in emergency,the passenger will not fall and hit in the vehicle.In any vehicle,we should not play and we should sit properly.If there are seat-belts,we should fasten them sothat it will decrease of acident happened.
